What is Maxigesic :
- it contains active ingredients of Paracetamol and ibuprofen, work by lowering the temperature and relieving pain, and it's prescribed as one pill every 6 hours
what is Flutab:
- its a combination of multiple active ingredients such as Guaifenesin which acts as an expectorant, pseudoephedrine acts as a decongestant, dextromethorphan acts as antitussive and analgesia, and Acetaminophen which acts as a pain killer and antipyretic .and its used to relieve headache and cough, and it's prescribed as 1 pill every 6 hours
can you take maxigesic and flutab at the same time:
- both drugs contain paracetamol, and it's not advisable to take two drugs that contain paracetamol to avoid paracetamol toxicity
advice :
- you can use flutab to relieve the symptoms of cough, fever, and headache, and no need to add maxigesic
