Symptomes and treatment of Hyperthyroidism 
Hyperthyroidism is a state of elevated function of thryoid gland that produce thyroxine and its associatefd with symptomes of agitation, sweating, tremor, palpitation, diarrhea and hair loss. Thyroid hyper function could be due to immune bodies that stimulate thyroid gland to secrete more of thyroxine hormone and this will result in enlargement of thyroid gland to cause compression symptomes of dyspnea and difficult swallowing, its primarly treated with anti thyroid drugs like PTU and the surgical intervention is warrented in resistant cases after consultation of general surgeon 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to detect anema, ECG to detect arrythmias, thryoid funtion testing TSH, T4 to detect elevated t4 and depressed TSH, thyroid US to detect nodules and enlargement , Biobsy of any nodule, TSI abti bidies to detect auto immune graves
