MRI report
The attached MRI report indicate 2 spearate lesions involving different segments of the spinal cord with white matter demylination and if corrolated with clinical presentation its most likely a result of Multiple sclerosis
Symptomes and treatment of Multiple sclerosis
Multiple scerlosis is an auto immune disease that involver attack of immune cells to the white matter in the centeral and peripheral nerve structures, its assciated with parasthesias, muscle cramping, bladder dysfunction, speach difficulty, tremor, nystagmus, fascial pain ,and generalized fatigue, its presented with atttacks that happen in a variable frequency. Treated with immune suppresants like methylprednisilone and immune modifying agents like interfoerons after consutation of a neurologist
Investigations
After proper physical exam, V B12 level should be measured, CBC should be done, MRI is the best diagnostic modality, and brain evoked potential testing to record brain response to stimuli

You are adviced to have a well balanced diet, rich in minerals and vitamins, avoid smoking and have regular exercise
