Symptomes and treatment of Orchitis 
Orchitis is an infection of bacterial or viral origin that infect the testis and the epidedimis to cause testicular swelling and pain with overlying redness. Orchitis could be a recurrent infection especially if associated with prostatic infection which is assciated with painful ejaculation. Its best treated using Levofloxacin 750 mg tab once daily for 14 days, Diclofen 50 mg tab twice daily, Diosmin tab twice daily and wearing testicular elevator to reduce pain with use of ice packs. Consult a urologist if no improvement 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam you should do CBC to detect infection, Urine analysis to detect bacterial infection, semen analysis and culture should be done for proper treatment, Testicular US to detect varciocele

• Varicocele
