I have wound in the side toung what should I do?

Treatment includes antifungal medication such as nystatin, drops in the mouth four times a day
or  an anti-fungal pill like miconazole 150mg once a week
Take an anaerobic antibacterial like flagyl 500mg three times daily for a week
What are the symptoms of glossitis?
redness
ache
bleeding
Loss of taste
Dry mouth
Difficulty eating or swallowing
