Hello doctor, I have a question about an ear problem, so before a week I noticed that my ear is producing a black wax, and today my ear started to hurt and I feel like I can’t hear perfectly like before.

What is the way to treat ear wax ?
Antibiotics are necessary. Such as augmenten875mg twice daily, for two weeks of treatment and may use tetracin drops
Analgesics such as paracetamol or diclofen in case of severe pain in addition to cleaning the ear
Wax removers such as cerumen may be used
