Delayed period Treatment :
First of all you have to exclude pregnancy as it's the most common cause for delayed menstuarion as in your condition and you should exclude it at first , However If pregnancy tests were negative your doctor will prescribe medication such as Duphaston twice daily for 5 days for your period or Cidolut nor twice daily for 3 weeks and follow up your condition .
