How is white tongue treated?
Use a soft toothbrush when brushing your teeth.
Use a mild toothpaste (one that does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate).
Clean the tongue or use a tongue scraper to remove the white layer. If a tongue scraper is not available, you can use an upside-down teaspoon.
Avoid things that can irritate the tongue, such as alcohol, cigarettes, food and drinks that are spicy, salty, acidic, or very hot.
Take antifungal oral gel like daktazol oral gel to treat fungi
minimize the unwanted use of drugs espacially antibiotics
take iron and vitamine B12 in case of defiecency
controlling diabetes if present
What is white tongue?
White tongue is a condition in which the tongue is coated with a noticeable white film. The coating may cover the entire surface of the tongue or only the back of the tongue, or it may appear in patches.
What causes white tongue?
    diabetic
    Use of antibiotics
    Deficiency of iron or vitamin B12 in the diet
    Weak immune system
    Wearing dentures
    Poor oral hygiene
    Dry mouth caused by a medical condition or medication use
