What is the treament of pain during defecation ?
- You need to do full clinical assessment in the nearest medical center for complete evaluation .
- Avoid wearing tight clothes .
- Avoid eating unhealthy food such as fast food .
- Avoid any kind of foot that cause constipation .
- Eat fibers and vegetables every day .
- Your doctor will prescribe medication such as Daflon three times per day .
- Laxel three times daily to prevent constipation .
- Topical medication such as Heamorrhan cream three times per day .
- Treatment using surgical methods as a last resort .

should cancer be expected in this case ?
no , cancer isnt expected in your age , but pain can be simply caused by constipation
what do we suggest :
just follow the advices we mentioned in our first answer , if you didnt get releive , consult surgery doctor and do the needed tests like :

2. stool test
3. abodmen imaging test such as : US
