antihistamin : Loratidin 10mg once daily for 7 Days
Topical cream :Betamethasone cream 3 tims dialy fo 5 days
Prednisalone 20mg tab twice daily for 7 days
if there is signs of skin infection you can take Cefurxime 500 mg twice daily for 1 week
and advise you :
avoid tight cloths
avoid warm baths
