is there any damage could happen after kidney nephrostomy ?

there is no specific damage to the kidney it self from the nephrostomy
- the procedure it self :
some typical complications might happen , which make around 6% of all nephrostomy procedures 
- to urinary system :
no , no affect , but damage may happen before or after that according to the cause of applying nephrostomy procedure
