I have post menopausal bleeding 20 years after my period stopped I have no abnormal cells and nothing showed on my
Ultrasound the bleeding is heavy and has been on snd off for more than two months I have a stone and gave kidney pain I am diabetic and it’s not always under control if the bleeding is not from cancer what else can it be ?

What is treatment of postmenopausal bleeding
It is common complaint due to many factors and causes. AT first, you can take drugs to decrease bleeding like Hexakapron 1 gram once daily to decrease bleeding in addition to Ibbuprofen 400 mg three times daily. You can ask your doctor about contraceptive pills to decrease bleeding. If there is no response you can do D&C biopsy of uterine cavity.
Investigations
CBC to exclude anemia and loss of blood. US for uterus and ovaries. You can do D%C biopsy also
