this is embarrassing, I snorted a cold medicine yesterday in a stupid attempt to get high, and since then I had an agonizing headache, not a normal headache, I actually screamed and fell to the floor and threw up for 2 hours. now it comes and goes but I'm not feeling well at all, my head beats so hard suddenly, I have chest pain when I cough or take a deep breath, my blood pressure went from 140/100 to 70/35 in an hour. and I'm diabetic. I feel like I'm bleeding into my head or having a stroke. what kind of damage have I done to myself?

I went to the hospital but I wasn't able to say details because it's very embarrassing, I take insulin
