this symptoms not related to covid 19 or not specific , headache caused by differnt causes so the first must be good rest and drink water and dood food and apply cold pad on your head and take the analgesia otc as paracetmaol

check by doctor ,need eye exam , need cbc for inflamation and anemia and radiological exam as neded
