What is the treatment of fever and vomitting ?
First of all , you have to decease the high temprature by using Paracetamol tab twice daily , also it's important in this case to drink plenty amount of water and to avoid unhealthy diet and fast food , you may use Omeprazole20 twice daily with  Pramin to stop vomitting , then go for clinical assessment by doctor to detect the cause and treat 
What are the tests needed ?
clinical assessment for signs of dehydration and stool analysis to detect GE or any infection 
What are the causes ?
Gastroenteritis 
H.Pylori 
Peptic ulcer 
Intestinalobstruction
Hepatitis A 
Gallstone
