You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . Besides you have to follow the following for Bed rest and to drink enough amount of water every day to relieve epigastric pain and to eat well balanced and healthy diet that include essential nutrients and to take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever and take medications such as Pramin to treat Vomiting with treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection such as Flagyl500 twice daily for 5-7 days .
