You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve back pain as back pain can occur after delivery and Cesarian section and you have to do Clinical assessment in the nearest medical centeramd Avoid prolonged standing and avoid sitting in wrond postures . You should apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day and Diclophene Gel three times per dayand  analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen or Panadol Joint three times per day
