2. voltarin 
3. paracetamol 
how to take those medications ?
every dose is 1 - 2 pills 
take 3 - 4 doses daily with 4 -6 hours difference , or just when you feel needing them but not to exceed 4 doses daily 
General advices to cope with general pain : 
1. regulat your meals and have healthy eating habits 
2. avoid fast food & and oily meals 
3. avoid suger and alcoholic or soft drinks
4. have plenty of rest 
5. exercise regularly 
6. drink plenty of water 
7. avoid stress and anxiety
