Hi doc. Salam. I have a patienti from home.he have fever. And also his diabetic person and highblood presure his cuoughfing and nausea. His having fever 38'2'c but I already give paracetamol. And in morning but now his fever is 37'7 again by this time. What should I do.

Symptomes and treatement of Chest infections 
CHest infections are an inflammatory process that involove the respiratory tract upper or lower in response to infecting agents of bacterial or viral origin, Giving concern to the recent COVID 19 epidemic the patient should be attributed as COVID patient until proven otherwise, symptomes include cough, fever, sore throat and loss of taste and smell, symptomes can be treated at home using Paracetamol 1000 mg tab 3 times a day, Azithromycin 500 mg tab once daily for 5 days, Dexamethason amp IM injection once and maintain well hydration, warning symptomes include severe cough, reduced saturation and dyspnea that neccistate consultation of Pulmonologist 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to detect infection ,.Chest CT with IV contrast should be done to evaluate lungs and PCR to confirm COVID
Causes 
  • Viral Upper repiratory tract infection 
  • Bacterial lower repiratory tract infection 
  • COVID 19

oUR ADVICE 
You are adviced to have a well balanced diet, avoid smoking, keep out of contact with others and wear a protective mask

doc can I ask more I have relatives and now she suffering her condition. she have a operation before her eyes the right side. and she have now a higher fever 39'4'c..and here face was red hole face at becomes a bigger face and no they can't touch her face because she tel it's a painful?what should I do here doc?pls I ned your answer?
