what is twynsta?
it's a cobination of two drugs which are amlodipine and telmisartan that are used to treat hypertention , it can be replaced in case your doctor recommend that depending on your condition 
what is the treatment of HTN ?
it's very important to have some lifestyle modifications such as decreasing salt eating , avoid fast food and unhealthy food and you should also practice sports daily and lose overweight , then you'll be prescribed some drugs such as hydralazine , B-Blockers , Enalopril in a dose detected by your doctor . to keep your Blood pressure in the normal range it's advisable to stay away from stress and depression
What are the symptoms of HTN ?
Headache 
Palpitation 
Sweating 
generalised fatigue
