Management of Upper respiratory tract infections 
Respiratory tract infections are mostly due to viral infection and recently most of these symptomes are attributed to COVID 19 INFECTION, which is treated using Paracetamol 1000 mg tab three times a day, Azithromycin 500 mg tab once daily for 5 days and Dexamethasone injection 8 mg once with drinking plenty of warm liquides, avoid close contact and consult a pulmonologist if symptomes perisisted 
Investigations 
If symptomes progressed physical exam should be followed by CBC to detect INfection, Chest CT to detect lung infiltration and PCR to diagnose COVID 19

• Bone pain 
• Fatigue 
• Sore throat
• Cough
