In addition the tablet which mentioned above ,you can use tobical according the cause , if there is skin allergy you can use Betamethasone cream 3tims daily for 7days , if there is bacterial infection you can use Fucidin cream 3 tims daily foe 5 days , if there is fungal infection you can use Miconazol cream 3 times dily for 5 days
And you must avoid warm bath and avoid tight cloths
