Management of endometrial Polyps
Endometrial polyps are a form of cellular inappropriate growth of endometrium that lead to proliferation of endometrium in a form of benign or malignant growth that should be evaulated by a procedure of D& C that allow histological evaluation of the cellular growth and removal of the polyp with the surrounding endometrium under supervision of a gynecologist 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to evaluate for anemia, Pelvic US to detect endometrial thickining, evaluation of the endometrial cells will be done by assessment of the cytology from D & C 
Causes 

• Endometrial Hyperplasia 
• Inflammatory Polyp 
• Endometrial Cancer
