Managment : 
EVAR Surgery ( Endoovascular anueyresm repair ) this surgery is specific to repair aneurysem , primarly this sugery has high successful rate about 94% if patient is healthy , and it is safe to repair mainly infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysem , the main complication is very risk tear of aneurysem and cause dissection aorta which cause tearing severe chest pain radiating to back with rapid deterioration . 
some complication cause immediatly after surgery as elevate temprature , difffculty of breathing and other but when we talk abot diffculty of breathing with coughing blood should rule out pulmonary embolism and deep venous thrombosis 
and cause can be acute bronchitis cause by viral infection 
Diagnosis : 
should follow up by internal medicine doctor to rule out DVT and Pulmonary embolism by taking history , clinical examination and do multiple lab as D-dimer , chest CT scan ,dopplar Ultrasound 
and chest X-ray to rule out atlectasis which cause lung collapse and shortness of breath 
Symptoms of Pulmonary embolism & DVT : 

• shortness of breath 
• chest pain 
• swelling lower limb 
• coughing blood
• fatigue and weakness
• fever
