What is the treatment for redness and itching in the eye?
Use ketofan eye drops 1-2 times daily
Take antihistamine pills such as fexodine 120mg pill daily before bedtime or loratadine 10mg pill daily before bed
Stay away from any allergen
If the cause is a result of bacterial infections, treat it with gentamycin eye drops four times daily
If the cause is the result of viral infections, a normasal drop is used
We also advise you not to be exposed to the sun for a long time or exposure to dust and fumes
