: Managment 
When we talk redness of eyes we can count multiple causes , you can seeit below , your case can treat by exclude serious symptoms severe pain , severe headache , unusual sensitivity to light ,and nause , vomiting 
when exclude this symptoms we talk about allergic conjuctivites can treat it by topical antihistamine and corticosteroid , and avoid eye dryness by lubricent , if  there is serious symptoms you should go to ophthalmologist to determine cause
and give suitable antibiotic topical or oral and deal with your case  , if use contact lenses it may be cause of allergy you should get red of it 
: Diagnosis 
  I advise you to go to ophthalmologist to take good history and do good examination , then do some investigations assist to give you good diagnosis and treatment
