When we talk about period there is multiple physiological changes and occur normally during period , One of them Pain during period , most of women have pain during period this pain start day or two before menstural cycle and come as pain on the abdomen as result of contraction of uterus and can spread into back and ribcage , This pain also can occur in pelvis , normally interfers daily activites ,we can deal with it by medical analgesia as ibuprofen before menstural cycle 
: Diagnosis 
 Your case is normal and do not fear or anxiety , only you need to take analgesia as ibuprofen ,and this case occur normally at most of women due to uterus contraction in respone to hormonal changes
