Gonorrhea is bacteria transmitted sexually mean it is one of sexual transmitted disease group cause infection of genital   tract , rectum and throat infection , we treat it eith single dose of 250mg ceftriaxone intramuscular injection with 1g orally Azithromycin 
Or can treat with single dose 250mg intamuscular injection ceftriaxone with 100mg orally doxycyclin twice daily for seven days 
You should manage patient and her partner and avoid sex for 7 days to avoid another infection with Gonorrhea 
: Diagnosis 
I advise you to go to internal medicine doctor to examin you , take history and do some lab investigations
We diagnose it by endocervical or urethral swab and do culture , or by take urine sample and do nucleic acid amplification  test (NAAT
