Endometrial polyp is case of overgrowth of uterine endometrium which occur due to more estrogen hormone in body , Most of this polyp benign polyp , but fewer is precancerous that my be develop into cancer , And has high relation with fertility so can cause infertility or increase rate of miscarrage , In this case recommend to remove this polyp by surgery through scope and after remove it take sample to pathology to rule out cancer and to assist , increase rate of pregnancy and chance about 65%

In your case I advise you to go to obstetric and gynecologist to take history , do examination then make some investigition as hormone levels and uterine ultrasound , and follow up your case and determine suitable solution for you , most doctor recommend to remove polyp by surgery to increase chance of pregnancy
