It depends on the cause of such problem, so treatment may be by conservative management as drinking good amount of fluid and if there is GIT infection treatment may be by using flagyl 500 mg three time daily or azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 5 days.

Till now, there is no approved medication or vaccine to treat covid-19 infection, and medication is just suppotive according to symptoms as taking paracetamol to treat fever and headache when needed, and oxygen supplementation if needed, and in severe cases intensive care management may be needed.

It depends on the clinical examination by a medical doctor and investigations as PCR to detect covid-19 virus infection, CBC to rule out bacterial infection, chest x-ray to detect lung problems, stool analysis, liver and kidney function tests, PT, INR tests, Amylase...etc
