My ear is swealling regularly how can I control

we can treat this symtom according to the actual cause , if thats happened due to allergy in this case you need to use dexamethasone cream three times per day for 5 dazs , and also you need to use antihistamine medications like cetrizine 5 mg once daily for 7 weak to ease symptom.
if there s a hear problem or fever , then this is a bacterial infection and you should take antibiotic like amoxicillin 500 mg three times daily for 5 days

we can diagnose swollen ear through the full history and doing the clinincal examination and 
CBC to see the White blood cells level that is related to the infections
