How to treat pain in the abdomen and back and penis and fever


this may be caused by urinary tract infection which should be treated by antibiotics like  levofloxacin  or trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole and to treat fever and releive  the pain you can take ibuprofen of ketoprofen or paracetamol and in sever cases of urinary tract infection the patient should be goven the antibiotics intravenously in the hospital and the drug urisol  is given to reduce the pain caused by spasm of ureter

How to diagnose pain in the abdomen and back and penis and fever


you should be assessed by the urologist to evaluate the presenting signs and symptoms and to do urin analysis to diagnose urinary tract infection and analysis of the semen may be done if there is suspicion of the presence of inflammation in the prostate and abdominal sonal should be done to exclude the presence of stones

you can used gastrex or famotidine 20 mg one tablet twice daily for two weeks for stomach pain and follow healthy diet and you must take medicine above for urinary tract infection .

no , if your infection is severe , oral antbiotics medications are needed , if not severe , water and healthy diet is enough
