Treatment of neck bump and itching
It is common symptom due to many factors and causes. Firstly, it is better to avoid itching by your hands to decrease irritation. Apply betamethasone cream three times daily to relieve itching and redness below ear. You can take anti histamine tabs like Cetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily for days to decrease symptoms severity. Take analgesics like Ibburofen 400 mg three times daily to decrease bump size till seeing your doctor.
Investigations to do
You can do CBC to see WBCs level which is increased with infections. US for nuck bump
