the trearment should be according to the csuse and to know the cause you should do clinical examination , if the cause due to infection you can takw Antibiotics such as Cefuroxime 500mg and Metronidazole 500mg twice daily , and we advice to wear loose fitting uderwear , and apply cold compresses to the scrotum , and for pain you can use NSAIDs like Ibuprofen 600mg as needed , and if there is surgical cause like Hydrocele or varicocele you can udergo surgery

By taking full medical history and clinical examination , and doing CBC to detect inflammation and urin analysis and semen analysis and Pelvic ultrasound ,
