Treatment of scrotal pain
It is common symptom due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid using tight under wear. Avoid trauma in scrotal area. You can take analgesics like Ibbuprofen 400 mg many times daily to relieve pain in addition to antibiotic in cases of inflammation and infections like Ciproflaxacillin 500 mg twice daily for one week.
Investigations to do
There is no need to test initially. You can do urine analysis to exclude urinary tract infections. US for scrotal causes like cyst, hernia or twisted testis
