When we talk about pain on abdomin with yellow discharge , we should clarify some causes related for this case , Most cases will talk about viral infection which cause gastroentritits and come with multiple symptoms as abdominal pain , vomiting , diarrhea and some elevated of temprature and treat by avoid dehydration by drink enogh amount of water more then 2 liter daily and take some analgesic as ibuprofen , on other cases talk about gastroesophagual reflex will treat it by avoid food before sleeping about 3 hours and elevate head through sleeping , decrease weight and take omprazole or fometidine , in some cases come with intestinal obstruction which has vomitin , abdominal distention and constipation which need take patient to surgeon to talk detailed history , do examination and some investigations as X-ray or CT scan 
: Diagnosis 
Advise you to avoid dehydration and take analgesic and follow your case , if symptoms increase shoulg go immediatly to doctor to foolow up your case and determine goon managment for your case
