When we talk about how to diagnose and confirm pregnancy , primarily we think there is pregnancy when loss of period so after less of period , we need to confirm pregnancy , we confirm it by home urine pregnancy test it is appear lines if there is pregnancy , but if one line appear there is negative no pregnancy , Then to confirm we can go to doctor and do blood test B-HCG in laboratory to confirm pregnancy , But important point should know this test best time to do it is one week after loss of period which body can produce sufficent amount of HCG which appare as positive in urine or blood test .
