Hi doctor.
Here is my history I'n detail and my concern.
In sept 28 I had abortion pill misoprostol and bleeded max 18 days with heavier bleeding and clots.After that when it stopped completely I took pregnancy test it was negative.And then with 11 days gap I started again on fourth week which I came to know that it is a normal first period occured after abortion.
The period was like two days very low in spotting brown pinkish spotting and flow started .Now my main concern is it's a second month period occured with spotting brown pinkish only spotting three days back and still flow didn't started
Is it normal
Or why it is happening..
Kindly guide me.

Two days discharge, is it menses
Based on your question
It is expected to have irregular menses after abortion. Two days of brownish discharge does not mean menses thus you have to check your pregnancy test again. Also, if there is no pregnancy, you can take provera tabs twice daily for five days then stop the drug.
Investigations to do pregnancy test. Also, us for uterus and OVARIES. Prolactin level

- Post abortion absent menses.
- Pregnancy
- Increased prolactin level
- Thyroid problems
- Others
- Psychological factors
Advice
Follow up with obstetrician and gynecologist for the medical evaluation of the case

I have blocked stuffy nose problem since a month almostused sprays for blocked nosebut when I don't use symptoms are back..difficult in sleeping ..becoz cannot breathe from nose..it's irritating itchy blocked stuffy nose..
