: How to get pregnant
 : there are many tips to get pregnant which are
  • you should do preconception checkup by your doctor to take a full medical history and to examine you and do CBC test
  • take folic acid supplememts
  • stop smoking or alcohol drinking
  • take multivitamins supplement
  • having sex three days before ovulation and through out the ovulation time
  • lay for at least 15-20 minute after having sex
  • dont go to the bathroom after having sex
and if there any cause that prevent pregnancy you should treat it , if you have PCO you can take COCP such Yasmin and Metformine , and if you have hormonal problem you can take Duphastone 20mg once daily that increae progesterone level
: early signs of pergnancy include
  • tender breast
  • nausea and vomiting
  •  fatigue and generalised weakness
  • loss of menstruation
  • vaginal discharge
  • anorexia nervosa
: Diagnosis
  • pregnancy can be diagnosed by doing blooh BhCH , if it was above 25> its called positive that means that you are pregnant , if it was less than 20 > we recommend to repeat the test within 2 days , in normal pregnany BhCG tripled every 48 hours
  • and you can do Pelvic Ultrasound to detect the pregnancy
