Whilst having sex, my partner noticed that one of my IUD strings had come out. I couldn't find nor feel the other string afterwards. A few hours later I'm experiencing bad cramp like stomachache and bleeding. What should I do next, please advise

My IUD come out
It is one of IUD complications and it causes lower abdominal pain , back pain and vaginal bleeding as your case. for like condition you can take analgesic like Ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily to relieve pain and seek your gynecologist for evalation and removing of IUD. Symptoms will relieved after removing your IUD
