Penile fungal infections are a group of skin infections that are treated with local application of Miconazol cream three times a day in addition to the use of Fluconazol 150 mg cap once every 3 days for 9 days. Ensure daily showering and wearing cotton based wears to avoid sweating, consult a dermatologist if symptomes perisisted

Proper physical exam would be an appropriate to diagnose the medical condition, in resistent cases a KOH analysis with fungal culture would be appropriate
