Management of constipation
Constipation is a condition of bowel slowed motion and its treated with natural and medical ways, natural methods are based on increasing your water and fiber containing diet like vegetables to soften the stool and increase bowel motion, medication for treatment of constipation are Lactulose syrup in a dose of 15 ml twice daily for treatment of mild to moderate constipation, if symptomes perisisted you can use Biscodyl 5 mg tab once daily for a shot period of time, consult a gastroenterologist if symptomes perisisted.
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to detect anemia, stool analysis for parastes and fecal occult blood, defecography and defecation studies are reserved for chronic constipation, colonoscopy is indicated for those with age of 40 or more with history of constipation

• Anal fissure 
• Bowel tumors
