When do symptoms appear?

the treatment is according to the specific cause so you need to visit the ER right now to get a medical examination and diagnosis of the cause of your condition :
if you have any heart problems you need to follow up with a cardiologist urgently
you can take Esomeprazole 40mg for stomache problems
you can take Gemifloxacin 320mg once daily for 5 days for chest infection
you can take ibuprofen 600mg for musculoskeletal causes
