When we talk about acne vulgaris this case has spread between teenagers and we tend to treat it according to it is grade  will descripe below , So we treat it primarly by topical benzoyl peroxide or  topical retiniod medication , then we can use this medication with topical antibiotic as clindamycin , Then will tend to use oral antibiotic as doxycycline with oral isoretinion in moderate to severe case , And if we want to improve acne we should avoid foods contain sugars , greasy and fatty , fast food and chocolate which aggravate acne vulgaris , and you should know acne managment teke alot time about 6-12 months to appear improvment , and important thing isoretinion oral contra-indicate in pregnant because is teratogentic , and cause side effect dryness in mouth and redness so should drink water more and more , take shower and use lubricant and healthy soap to assist in improve acne

Advise you to go to dermatologist to take detailed history , do examination and some investigations and follow your case

• Grade 1: Comedones, occasional papules
• Grade 2: Papules, comedones, few pustules
•  Grade 3: Predominant pustules, nodules, abscesses           
• Grade 4: Mainly cysts, abscesses, widespread scarring
