Treatment of Acne 
The Emailed Photo indicates Acne, Acne is a condition of development of hyper keratotic skin in the face, it can be single or multiple and treated with Benzylbenzoate cream twice daily in addition to Adapaline 1% cream once at bed time, if symptomes perisisted consult a dermatologist
