Sir my friend got sudden cold sweats in last part of night and is feeling dizzy and nauseated. The temperature is less than normal and blood pressure is 113/76 with 65bpm. Can you please advise if this is a cause for immediate medical attention or can wait till clinics open?

Treatment of nuasea and cold sweating
It is common symptoms due to many factors and causes. Firstly, you can wait till clinics open. You can give your friend paracetamol 500 mg three times daily with Metrondiazole 500 mg twice daily for seven days. Also, your patient has to avoid heavy meals these days and increase his intake of daily soap and hot drinks till seeing the doctor.
Investigations to do
Measuring blood pressure and tempareture. CBC for hemoglobin level and WBCs level. Also, urine analysis and stool analysis also are recommended.
