what is the treatment of Visible peristalsis 
Visible peristalsis is a detectable signs that resemble wavy movement in the upper abdomen that usually associated with other symptomes of bowel obstruction like abdominal pain, vomiting and constipation. Its an emergency condition that are treated with detection of the underlying cause of obstruction that could be an intuscciption in children which is treated on hospital basis with rehydration and IV antibiotics in association with hydrostatic colonic decompression to avoid development of peritonitits, you should consult a pediatric surgeon urgently 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam , CBC should be done to detect leukocytosis, Kidney function tests Urea,Cr to detect assocaited kidney injury, Abdomen Xrays and Abdomen ultrasound are often diagnostic, CT of the abdomen with cotrast may be needed to confirm the diagnosis

• Bowel adhesions 
• Intuscciption
