Treatment of Upper abdominal pain 
Causes of upper abdominal pain are various and the treatment should be directed to the underlying cause, in cases of pain in the mid upper abdomen its mostly due to gastritis that should be treated using Ezomprasol 40 mg tab once daily and consult a gastroenterologist for further investigations, in cases of Right upper abdominal pain the cause could be due to Gall bladder stones that should be treated with pain management initially with Diclofen 50 mg tab twice daily and Hyoscin butylbromide 10 mg tab three times a day and in case of symptomatic GBS cholecystectomy should be done, consult a general surgeon .
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, you should do stool analysis for H Pylori, Abdomen ultrasound to detect Gall bladder stones, gastroscope could be done to check for signs of gastritis and stomach ulcers
