What is the treatment of gastric problems ?

The treatment according the cause include of , if there is gastritis advise you to take Omeprazol 20mg twice daily for weeks befor 30 minuts of meal , but if there is H pylori infection you must take triple therapy included Omeprazol 40 mg once daily and Metronidazol 500mg 3 times daily and Clarithromycin 500mg Twice daily and you should take triple therapy for 14 day and after that you should recheck for infection
If there is signs of gastric ulcer may need surgical intervention 
In addition you should stop smoking and coffe drinking and you must stop analgesia taking like ibuprofen and you shuld eat boild vegitabls like potato

What is the investigations for diagnosis ?

History and physical examination by gastroentrologist doctor and you you should check for H pylori infection either by stool analysis or by breath test and may need Gastroscope and to exclude heart problem you must do Ecg
