Hello my period was already late for a week now and we had a contact with my boyfriend before i got my period but we are using the withdrawal method. I just wanna ask why i didn't got my period this time? Thank you

Treatment of absent menses
The commonest cause of late menses is pregnancy. As you have contact with your boyfriend there is chance of pregnancy thus you have to do pregnancy test even you use contraceptive methods to exclude pregnancy. If the pregnancy test is negative you can wait for another one week. You can use PROVERA tabs twice daily for five days to get your menses.
